How to register and submit contributions

Registration and submission of contributions will be through the Conference web site.
To be able to submit an abstract, you have to first register. To finalize the registration, registered authors will have to login as registered participant and go to the “Orders and payments” area in their personal file. Non-presenting participants have to register on-line following the instructions below:

If you are not registered
  1. Enter your personal data in the Web form (choose your own login name and password) and save it.
  2. Access your personal record and complete your registration.
If you are registered
  1. Enter the site using your login name and password.
  2. Continue as described at Step 2 above.

Instructions for Authors

Abstract and Full Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit electronically their abstracts to any of the scheduled Minisymposia, through the Conference web site, before December 15, 2017
Abstracts should outline the main features, results and conclusions as well as their general significance, and contain relevant references.
The Abstract can be submitted directly in its final format. Authors will have the possibility of replacing the file by an updated version after the acceptance notification.
The Conference Proceedings (including full papers only) will be edited electronically. Deadline for submission of the full paper is March 16, 2018 . Submission of Full Paper is not mandatory.

Format instructions
All submissions must be written in English.
Format templates are available here. Authors are asked to send the files in .pdf format (mandatory).

Acknowledgement of receipt
Receipt of the submission will be acknowledged automatically by email.

Making changes
To make any changes in the abstract submitted or upload the full paper file you have to login as the registered participant. When submitting the new file/s, you can also update the title and authors’ information. Be sure to press the “modify” button for submission.
To avoid double registration, please do not create a new record.

Acceptance notification
Preliminary acceptance of the contribution will be communicated to the corresponding author by January 19, 2018 .

Final acceptance
Final acceptance of papers for presentation is conditional to receiving the final Abstract, the full paper (this is optional), and the payment of the presenting author's Conference registration fee during the advance period (by March 16, 2018).
Only one presentation per delegate is allowed.

Refund Policy
Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 120 Euro if the refund request is received in writing by April 30, 2018. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).
There will be no refund to author registrants.
